PAYMENT METHODS

The water.hr online store allows orders to be paid for using the available methods displayed during the checkout process.

1. CURRENCY AND PRICES

All prices in the water.hr online store are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price, unless stated that delivery is free. Delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process before confirming the order.

2. CARD PAYMENT

Card payment is enabled via the Shopify Payments system.

The customer enters card details in the secure Shopify checkout. Card payment processing is carried out by Shopify Payments and related payment service providers.

Water Land j.d.o.o. does not receive, view, or store the full payment card number, CVV/CVC code, or other sensitive card data. We only see the data necessary for order record-keeping and processing, such as payment status, amount, payment time, and partially masked data if the system displays it.

Card payment may require additional authentication, such as 3-D Secure confirmation via the card-issuing bank.

An order paid by card is processed after successful authorization or payment confirmation.

3. BANK TRANSFER

The customer can pay for the order by bank transfer to the Seller's account.

When paying by bank transfer, the order is processed after the payment is visible in the Seller's account.

If payment is not received within a reasonable time, the Seller may contact the Customer for verification or cancel the order.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery is currently not available.

5. INSTALLMENT PAYMENT

Installment payment is currently not available.

6. FAILED PAYMENT

If a card payment fails, the order will not be processed until the payment is successfully completed or until the Customer chooses another available payment method.

In case of problems with card payment, the Customer can check card details, available funds, card limits, and 3-D Secure confirmation, or contact the card-issuing bank.

For assistance, the Customer can also contact the Seller at prodaja@water.hr.

7. INVOICE

After purchase, an invoice is issued to the Customer in accordance with the valid regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

If the Customer is purchasing as a legal entity, they are obliged to enter accurate details for invoice issuance when placing the order, including company name, address, and OIB (Personal Identification Number).

8. REFUNDS

Refunds for unilateral termination, complaints, or other justified situations are made using the same payment method the Customer used for the purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

For card payments, refunds are processed via the Shopify Payments system.

For bank transfers, refunds are made to the bank account provided by the Customer to the Seller.

The Customer is not charged a fee for refunds.

9. PAYMENT SECURITY

The water.hr online store uses a secure HTTPS/TLS connection.

Card payments are processed via the Shopify Payments system and a secure Shopify checkout. Water Land j.d.o.o. does not store sensitive card data.
